You may receive up to four notifications.
You will receive a confirmation text letting you know that your request has been submitted successfully.
Shortly you will receive the second message from the clinic, outlining details about
the clinic and an estimated time for your visit.
The third notification will be sent to you approximately 15 minutes before your
estimated visit time. We recommend that you proceed to the clinic.
The fourth and last notification you may receive will be sent out 10 minutes before
your estimated visit time.
Once you arrive at the clinic please proceed to the check-in counter and inform
our staff that you are a “Wait from Home” patient.
If you do not receive an initial notification within 20 minutes, please get in touch
with the clinic to confirm you are “waiting from home”.
If you will not be able to make it to your visit, after you checked-in using Wait
from Home, please contact the clinic immediately.
